Daylesford Heart of Yoga is available to conduct yoga , meditation and relaxation classes at corporate retreats, training/incentive seminars, and industry conferences.

 

We also offer regular or one-off classes in the workplace throughout Daylesford and Hepburn Springs.

We have a range of themed classes to choose from including our popular “One-Hour Learn to Meditate” class.

 

Once participants learn how, they can always take a yoga or meditation break for instant relief in the midst of a hectic meeting/convention schedule or back at work or home.

Workplace Yoga 


A fun and easy yoga class with a focus on stretches that help to counteract the effects of working in the office such as long hours sitting in front of a computer.

Particular focus is given to stretches for the back, neck, shoulders, arms and wrists.

 

Participants will learn yoga stretches and other techniques that they can use at work and at home to bring about a greater sense of physical and mental health and balance.The class can also include meditation and relaxation techniques upon request.

 

30 minutes to 90 minutes

 

 

 

Pure Relax
 A guided deep relaxation class that brings about rest and peacefulness on a very deep level. The relaxation practice is done lying on the back and resting completely. It is easy, enjoyable and always receives rave reviews from participants.


There is also an option to include a goal setting aspect to the practice. In goal setting participants are guided to focus on a specific intention or aim of their choice and repeat it to themselves mentally when the mind is in a state of deep peace.  This is a powerful practice which brings about positive direction and transformation.


Ideal as a for a break in a long conference or work retreats to recharge and rejuvenate.


30 mins - 1 hour 

One Hour Learn to Meditate Class 
Participants are taught to practice three simple yet powerful meditation techniques during this class.Your instructor will also give a brief, informative talk on the far reaching benefits and effects of meditation.


Every person leaves this class with the ability to independently practice meditation in their own daily lives, even if they never take another training session.
The class is completed with a guided deep relaxation session.

 

1 hour (we also offer shorter meditation training sessions to fit in with your requirements)

Relaxation and Stress Reduction Technique Class
A class which focuses on learning gentle yoga, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques which reduce stress and create relaxation and peacefulness.


Participants learn a selection of yogic stress reduction practices that they can add to their tool belt and use at work and at home.


Every person leaves the class with the ability to practice relaxing yogic breathing techniques and meditation independently, even if they never attend another class.
These skills can be drawn on at any time in the workplace and in daily life to reduce stress and increase focus, positivity and happiness.
 

30 minutes to 90 minutes
 

 

 

Pure Physical

A series of simple, invigorating and strengthening yoga postures to enliven and awaken the body and mind. A fun and slightly challenging class and a great low impact workout.

 

Different options will be given throughout the class for a variety of fitness levels and from beginners to the more experienced so that anyone can attend and feel comfortable and supported.Perfect to keep the vibes high for corporate retreats and workshops and a fun activity to do as a team!

 

30 minutes to 90 minutes

               


 

 

Body Mind Spirit

A yoga class with a focus on relaxing in a peaceful space and nurturing the whole self. Incorporates asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).This class has a good balance of gentle and also stronger, more dynamic asanas. Suitable for all levels.

30 minute class $100 for one participant plus $25 per extra participant

45 minute class $130 for one participant plus $30 per extra participant

60 minute class $160 for one participant plus $35 per extra participant

90 minute class $200 for one participant plus $40 per extra participant
