At Daylesford Heart of Yoga we specialize in one-on-one, personalized yoga and meditation training. 


A one-on-one yoga class is very different from a group yoga class in that your teacher works with your individual interests, goals  and areas of health you would like to improve. The class is designed specifically for you.


Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced student looking to fine tune and expand your practice, one-on-one classes are of great benefit.


One-on-one classes include assisted stretching which allows you to move deeper into poses than you would on your own and postural adjustments to ensure you are practising safely and correctly. Classes can also include yogic lifestyle and nutritional advice to complement your yoga practice and help you live a more vibrant and fulfilled life!


Your one-one-one yoga or meditation sessions can be at our tranquil studio or at your home, holiday accommodation or chosen venue. We supply yoga mats and any other equipment required on the day.


Your session can include your choice of:


  • Yoga

  • Meditation

  • Pranayama (breathwork)

  • Relaxation training

  • Or explore your specific areas of interest such in yoga such as yogic lifestyle and philosophy, cleansing practices, chanting and mantra, bhakti yoga (devotional yoga), kirtan, sound yoga and more.

45 minute class $110

60 minute class $135 

90 minute class $170
