Through flowing movement, breath and taking rest in deep stillness she assists her students to reduce stress and become more balanced, energised and positive in their lives.

As well with her group classes, she specializes in one-on-one personalised yoga and meditation sessions, empowering and supporting her students to develop their own yoga and meditation practice.
